Our mission is simple: connect capable doctors with communities that need them
Healthcare systems across the U.S. are facing a growing physician shortage, projected to reach up to 120,000 physicians by 2034, with underserved and rural areas hit hardest. At the same time, thousands of IMGs who have completed full medical training or residency-equivalent programs in the U.S. are ready to contribute, but face structural barriers that prevent them from being acknowledged, compensated, and treated as physicians.
