Our goal at Physician Pathway Solutions and We Are Docs is very clear. We are focused on identifying and supporting positions that recognize and respect IMGs as doctors and compensate them as doctors. This work is about dignity, professionalism, and building sustainable careers.
Our broader mission is to secure enough high quality placements to form a critical mass that demonstrates IMG doctors provide care that is equivalent to, and in many cases stronger than, the traditional US pathway. This is how lasting change happens.
We are also excited to share that after significant effort, education, and discussion, we have partnered with one of the largest healthcare placement agencies in the country. This partnership has allowed us to break a long standing barrier and begun placing IMGs without residency into outpatient primary care settings as doctors.

Position Overview
This is a standalone outpatient primary care clinic-based assignment in northern Wisconsin. The practice is well-established within a respected regional health system and has a strong, loyal patient panel.
- Outpatient Family Medicine (full-spectrum)
- Clinic-based continuity model (not urgent care or telehealth)
- Current staffing: 3 physicians + 1 advanced practice provider
- Seeking to add a 4th physician for long-term coverage and stability
- Supportive, collaborative environment with strong operational infrastructure
Schedule & Flexibility
One of the most attractive features of this role is the built-in flexibility. Daily start/end times can be structured around provider preference as long as core clinic coverage is maintained. Additionally, the client supports travel accommodations that allow for 1–2 home weekends per month, which is quite rare for long-term locum assignments.
Compensation & Logistics
Compensation is handled candidate-by-candidate based on experience, availability, and long-term fit.
